Dessert Sushi

Happy New Years Eve! I'm off in a minute to attend a nice little shindig, but first wanted to share with you my very quick, easy, yet terribly adorable dessert for the evening: dessert sushi. Made the rest of the evening cooking much, much easier to handle. A big thanks to Lolo for the great idea!

Okay, I'm leaving for real. Have a very safe, lovely New Years, everyone! See you in January :)

Dessert Sushi

Ingredients:
Swedish Fish
Fruit Roll-Ups
Rice Krispie Treats

Cut the Rice Krispie treats to shape, either as a "finger of rice" or to wrap around the fish. Wrap around fish, or place fish on top of rice treat. Then cut fruit roll-up to fit, and wrap around sushi pieces. Voila!

Your blog was SOO cute. Very creative idea. Even I didn't learn anything as interesting when I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Peter Kump's Internationally famous University of Fine Cuisine in beautiful downtown Brooklyn.

Tee...hee..., but I have to tell you a little secret. That cast sugar in the front of the second photo down (with the orange thingie sticking out) reminds me so much of "THE MANAGER" when I tease him with my hour-glass figure.

Oh well, I hope you have a great New Year.

I've made the 'candy sushi' - but never with the fish in the middle - I LOVE it!
