As for "Unknown's" question about the wild rice being too white - that's true, wild rice isn't so white - this might be one of those wild rice blends which are much cheaper. Too bad wild rice is sooo expensive! And you can soak the blueberries in hot water sto soften them.Nicolette/Nikki/Nik/Nhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08157490638587428083noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3925540555900908228.post-78932951344321990702013-03-30T22:47:15.197-05:002013-03-30T22:47:15.197-05:00this can't be wild rice it is too white, Minne...this can't be wild rice it is too white, Minnesota wild rice is brown/dark brown - will it taste the same ? Very easy to make, you can do most of it the night before and add the dressing just before serving. I substituted dried cranberries for blueberries.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3925540555900908228.post-87965727998969986182008-04-28T10:50:00.000-05:002008-04-28T10:50:00.000-05:00What a hit this rice salad is!
